The World of Magic: IMO App Reviews

It keeps logging me out saying my connection is lost when my connection is working great or whenever I try to log back in it says that my account is already logged in... That wouldnt be a problem if I had to log back in every now and then but to have to do it about every five minutes... Its annoying. Please fix this. Besides that, its a great game! Would recommend for anyone that likes RPG games and MMO games too!

I love this game since it came out a few years back... The only thing I wish they would do is add more attacks (different ones) like new spells for the magician character. That would be super nice, otherwise its a really good game. By the way could you guys make the creatures attack too?

-present- Poor customer service. When something goes wrong, you cant rely on them. Its not worth spending money on this game, if the company itself doesnt help their customers. I am very unsatisfied with the "adding the device". People still get scammed. What I can suggest is to add a trading system between two accounts or whatever it may be. -before review- I really LOVE this game! Been playing since 2010, going off and on from vacations. BUT, adding the device is insanely stupid

When I first created a character, I walked in the area I was directed to collect kooii dolls and there were no kooiis. It then said I was logged out of the server. When I reopened the app, it said the account was already logged in, I had just made this account. It suggested I should delete and redownload the app. So I did and this time I could see the kooiis and kill them. After the second one I shot, the monsters didnt take any damage or even show that I was hitting them. The it said I was logged out of the server again. The same thing keeps happening where the app says my barely made account is already logged in. Please help

So Ive played this game since 2010 and everything is great, but I just got back into playing again and I already have problems. I was playing and when I tried to log back in, it said to go on a server that had my character in it? It also told me that my connection was lost. I tried again multiple times throughout the day to see if it was just a one time thing, but it wasnt. I even had to delete the app and reinstall it, still no luck. Please fix this problem soon. TWOM is a great MMO, but with problems like this, it just makes me want to stop playing all together.

I love playing this game, but my phone broke and I had to get a new one and I still want to play but I cant cause I cant register another add if I dont have that old phone how do I get me acc back :/ I miss my lvl 26 Mage D0ntPlay on Caligo please help me twom
