Good game but needs ALOT of improvement

Good graphics and better game than most RPGs on iPhone. But keeps on crashing or disconnecting player from the server, causing issues with game play; for example the drop of an rare item, if disconnected in these circumstances the item dropped would be lost or picked up by another. Laggy and sometimes hard to control. While fighting monsters, the game for suddenly continue moving without any of your control, and after twenty seconds or so itll return to normal and u would be dead or low HP. Many glitches; and Im not talking about the good kind. Wish problems would be fixed, or else I might quit this game forever and search for a better one where crew actually listen to our complaints.
