MMO with problems

I return to this IMO after 4 years (due to the amount of scammers and the hard lvling system) because I couldnt find a good ios mmo. Many of the problems with the game are already mentioned (forever lvling system,pkers, scammers, too high prices). While playing the game I notice that it takes awhile for my made to cast a spell. While casting a spell you cannot move or run from an enemy, which is pretty dumb because your enemy/monster can continue to attack you. Frequently I have lost exp (which are REALLY HARD to get) just because my mage was bush casting and the monster kept attacking. It would be great if there wasnt a pause to cast a spell.
